KATO Steel Thai Co., Ltd. was established on November 21, 1996, under the management of Mr. Takayuki Yukizaki, an expert in manufacturing technology from Japan. The company was founded with the objective of producing and distributing spare parts for machinery in the Die Casting industry that meet international standards, serving both domestic and international customers.
Starting as an importer of high-quality spare parts from Japan, the company has continuously developed into a full-scale domestic manufacturer. With a strong commitment to quality and sustainable growth, KATO Steel Thai has enhanced its production processes for maximum efficiency, implemented precise quality control, and reduced delivery lead times. As a result, the company has earned trust as one of the leaders in the industry.
To further strengthen its comprehensive service capabilities, the company has expanded its offerings to include repair and refurbishment services for machine plates (Die Plate Repair Service), supporting customers in achieving long-term operational efficiency.
The company manufactures a wide range of spare parts, including Plunger Sleeve, Plunger Tip, Plunger Joint, Plunger Rod, Coupling, Die Sleeve, and Distributor, as well as specialized products such as Cermet Sleeve and Super Tip. These products are designed to meet diverse requirements across industries, including automotive, electronics, and medical equipment.
With more than 50 advanced machines, such as CNC, MCC, Milling, NC Lathe, Grinding, and others, we are capable of producing high-precision products with consistent quality.
